Privacy notice

ALL EV, a daughter concern of JD Technologies, uses the information you provide to handle test requests, city interest registrations and business enquiries.

Information we collect

We collect your name, phone number, optional email, city, vehicle details, appointment preferences, testing address, and any organisation details or notes you submit. Please do not include identity documents, card details or sensitive personal information in forms.

How we use and store it

Your request is stored in our Cloudflare database and accessed by authorised account administrators. We use it to contact you, check vehicle compatibility and arrange the requested service. Requests are retained for up to 180 days in this website database. We keep temporary hashed network identifiers for up to two days to prevent abuse. Separate payment and service records may be retained where required.

WhatsApp and videos

Clicking “Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the request details. You review and send the message yourself. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy policy. Our supplied video is hosted with the site; the official YouTube video connects to YouTube only after you click to load it. The interface uses your device’s system fonts. Your colour-theme preference, if changed, is remembered on this device.

Your choices

Submitting a form does not sign you up to a marketing newsletter. To ask about, correct or delete your request, contact ALL EV on WhatsApp and provide your request reference. We may need to verify your identity.

Temporary browser data

A booking draft and receipt are kept in this tab’s session storage so you can review the request. Drafts are cleared after submission. Closing the tab clears this temporary storage. No advertising analytics are installed.
